RENT ARRI CFORCE MINI RF MOTOR
Arri Cforce Mini RF wireless motor rental. Cforce Mini RF smart lens wireless motor rental does not require a separate camera-mounted receiver unit because it has an integrated white-coded ARRI radio module. The versatile Mini RF rental motor unit can be linked with up to two additional motors, and can be paired with up to three handheld units for configurations where split F/I/Z control is preferred.
Features of the Mini RF rental include 14 radio channels, lens metadata support for focus mapping, enhanced interference resistance and the ability to display data on a WCU-4 handheld unit.
The Mini RF wireless motor is suitable for gimbals, stabilizer, handheld and drone configurations, the motor can be daisy-chained with classic Cforce motors and LBUS components. Start and run/stop control is compatible with ARRI cameras and for third party cameras via the motor's CAM connector.
By selecting the 'client mode' option in the RF menu, we can use this wireless motor in rental with ALEXA Mini and ALEXA Mini LF as any other normal Cforce motor without radio module.
RF wireless engine can store the lens files transferred from the Hi-5 and WCU-4.
The main difference between the rental cforce mini RF and the UMC-4 is that the UMC-4 stores the metadata on the SD card and the RF does not. Mini RF wireless engine for rental can use LDA files, which can be displayed on the Hi-5 or WCU-4 screen, but the metadata cannot be saved.

ARRI Cforce Mini RF Configurations
Cforce mini RF + cforce mini/plus + AMIRA Compatibility
Working with an ARRI camera makes everything easier. We simply connect our rental RF to the camera via RS or EXT and cascade the Mini RF to the first one. The Mini RF acts as a connector to the camera and optics and as a radio transmitter to connect to the controller of your choice, either WCU-4 or SXU-1 rental. You don't need anything else to get the system ready to work.
Cforce mini RF + cforce mini/plus + OCU-1 compatibility
In this example, we are not working with ARRI camera, so we need to connect and feed the RF through a Y cable to have both needs covered. In this case, we are going to control the motors with a rental ARRI OCU-1, which we can configure each motor at the moment we require it. We need to power and connect the RF to our camera. Then cascade the cforce mini. And from the last cforce mini connect the OCU-1. In this occasion the RF rental does not work as radio transmitter, since the controller is the OCU-1, but it does the function of distribution box and connection with camera and optics.
This way, the circuit is fully connected and ready to work.
Cforce mini RF + cforce mini/plus + Master Grips Compatibility
As in the previous example, since we are not working with an ARRI camera, we need to connect and power the Mini RF via a Y-cable. In this case we are going to control the motors with the Arri Master Grips rental. We only need to power and connect the RF to our camera. Then cascade the cforce mini's to the RF. And from the last cforce mini connect also in cascade by LBUS one of the Master Grips, and from the first one connect the second one.
Again, the RF in rental does not act as a radio transmitter, but as a connector and distributor between the camera and the focus control system.
This way the circuit is fully connected and ready to work.
