Wireless follow focus Arri SXU-1 hire. The Arri SXU-1 wireless focus knob allows control of a configurable motor channel for either focus, iris or zoom operation. Lightweight control weighing about 700 grams, with a rugged and robust anodized aluminum housing. It has a backlit LC-Display TFT (Transflective), readable in any light condition. The SXU-1 unit includes a marking disk and a lanyard. The required battery and charger are available for rental. It is compatible with Arri camera models through the UMC3A Universal Motor Controller.

RENT ARRI SXU-1 WIRELESS FOLLOW FOCUS

Arri SXU-1 wireless follow focus rental. The Arri SXU-1 wireless follow focus rental is a portable tool that allows you to control the focus, iris or Zoom of an axis remotely. It is easy to use and features an ergonomic wooden grip and a backlit soft control knob. In addition, it can be used with the WCU-4 or the SMC-1 single motor controller.

The backlit display window of SXU-1 wireless follow focus rental is easily readable in bright conditions, and the internal light of your controller helps you see in low-light locations. This device includes a marking disc and lanyard, but the necessary battery and charger must be purchased separately.

SXU-1 Control Channel and Wireless Connection.

The Wireless Axis Unit (SXU-1) is a single-channel focus rental, iris or zoom control unit for CLM or C-Force motors. With Alexa Mini or Alexa XT it works without the need of a receiver, they can communicate on their own. For other cameras, we have SMC-1 and AMC-1 boxes.

SXU-1 Control Panel.

The control panel of the Arri SXU-1 wireless focus controller rental has 5 buttons with different functions: REC (To launch recording from the SXU-1 control), LED to read the camera status (LED bulb indicating the camera status), On / Off button, menu browser button, auto feedback button, and display button.

SXU-1 Backlit focus control button.

The focus ring knob of the Arri SXU-1 controller rental is backlit. It has a small integrated light source that illuminates through the focus ring, ideal for low light situations.

SXU-1 Transflective Screen and Aluminum Design.

Arri wireless follow focus SXU-1 rental has a backlit transflective display (readable by exposure from any source or lighting conditions). The SXU-1 is built under a sturdy and robust aluminum anodizing material. The versatile and lightweight controller weighs only 700 grams. It allows its use in extreme conditions, withstanding temperatures between -20ºC and 50ºC.
