SCORPIO 10 TELESCOPIC CRANE - RENTAL - HIRE
The new Scorpio 10 is a very versatile and light telescopic crane, ideal for operating in studios and small interior spaces. It is fabricated in aluminium, which facilitates smooth operation, simplifies transport and position changes. Its arm length can vary from a maximum of 3.14 meters to a minimum of 0.84 meters. It has a telescopic range of 2.30 meters. The Under-Slug configuration head mount has a maximum load of 60 kg while Over-Slug allows a maximum load of 40 kg. The new generation of head levelling features true horizon, compensation level adjustment, both in manual and electronic operation, and automatic horizontal levelling with manual movements.
This telescopic crane with a two-section arm is specially designed to be adapted to any Dolly, with a range of adaptors for any brand. Optionally, an articulated base can be included that allows changing the standard width for 62 cm and 40 cm Scorpion Tracks tracks. It can also be mounted with wheels.It can be powered by battery or by alternating current at 30V/40A. OUT power for monitor is 12V/3A.
It can be operated both electronically and manually. In electronic mode, it allows you to enjoy the well-known functionality of Scorpio cranes; Response, smoothness and high precision both at high and low speed. It also has a noise reduction system.
Like other Scorpio telescopic cranes, it allows automatic compensation of both horizontal and vertical movement, allows electronic programming of limits, adjustment of movement speed and precise adjustment of the stop damper.
Due to its small size and weight, this telescopic crane can be transported in an L1 or L2 type van.

MOTION CAPTURE FOR VIRTUAL STUDIOS - STYPE AND MO-SYS
The electronic configuration of the Scorpio 10 telescopic crane provides it with the possibility of programming sequential stops. The built-in screen reports the length of the arm, vertical and horizontal angle and the elevation of the optical axis, both in meters and feet. It has a system based on STYPE and MO-SYS, patented technologies that allow the precise reading of the Tilt, Pan, Arm and track encoder parameters, essential to be able to export this metadata for Motion Capture works and its subsequent treatment in post-production for live backgrounds and live studio camera integrations.
