Teradek Bolt 6 rental. Over an extended period, wireless signals have commonly operated on the 5 GHz frequencies allocated to U-NII 1 to 3. However, 6 series introduces an additional advantage by leveraging U-NII 5, also referred to as "6 GHz." This opens up 12 new channels, enabling operation within an interference-free radio frequency (RF) environment. By utilizing these channels, 6 series reduces the number of devices contending for bandwidth, thereby minimizing potential interference and facilitating the coexistence of multiple wireless links in a given area.
This series maximizes the benefits of the unlicensed 6 GHz and 5 GHz bands to avoid issues related to signal congestion, utilizing the capabilities of U-NII 5. Consequently, 6 series can operate within the 5 GHz bands while circumventing signal congestion. Moreover, all Bolt 6 TX and RX devices are compatible with any 4K series device, irrespective of their range. It is important to note that the system's maximum range is always constrained by the shortest distance between the paired devices. To utilize the 6 GHz frequency (U-NII 5), both a Bolt 6 transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) are required.
Teradek Bolt 6 transmitters feature a built-in 5-pin USB connector, facilitating seamless pairing with SmallHD Smart 7 monitors. This functionality empowers users to wirelessly control RED®, ARRI, and Sony VENICE cameras at distances exceeding 1,000 meters. With this series XT, you gain comprehensive command over various functions, including start/stop commands, ISO settings, white balance adjustments, and an array of additional options.
